1010 RP Manual Clamping Low Cost Tooling System

   Macro Tool is proud to announce a totally new addition to their line of Pallet, Rotary, Shuttle, and Specialty Systems.

   The 1010 RP is a low-cost, low-profile pallet receiver that provides machine shops with an opportunity to discover the efficiency of owning an inexpensive pallet system for quick tooling and job changes.

1010 RP Specifications

    The 1010 RP comes with two 60 ALB aluminum pallets that have 10" x 10" surface and are .600" thick.  The unit can also hold larger pallets.

   The 1010 RP is ideal for dedicating a variety of tools such as vises, chucks, indexers, and fixtures to a pallet for quick changeover without the need for indicating each tool.

   Shops that have prior models of the 1010 systems will be pleased to know their existing pallets are interchangeable with pallets from the new system.

   The 1010 RP comes with a one year manufacturers warranty.

  • Rigid Platform  Its cast iron bed provides a rugged base to support the heaviest workloads and tools.

  • Simple Operation Pallets are both registered and clamped with a single flip of the handles.
