1015M Manual Clamping Low Cost Tooling System

   Macro Tool is proud to announce a totally new addition to their line of Pallet, Rotary, Shuttle, and Specialty Systems.

   The 1015M is a low-cost, low-profile pallet receiver that provides machine shops with an opportunity to discover the efficiency of owning an inexpensive pallet system for quick tooling and job changes.


Features Include:

  • Low Profile 1.5" from machine bed to receiver.

  • At 60 lbs. it can be carried from machine to machine and installed in minutes.

  • Quick Changes  At 60 lbs. it can be carried from machine to machine and installed in minutes.

  • Accuracy  Pallet to pallet registration repeatability
    .0002"

  • Rigid Platform  Its cast iron bed provides a rugged base to support the heaviest workloads and tools.

  • Simple Operation Pallets are both registered and clamped with a single flip of the handles.

    The 1015R is a pallet receiver that provides machine shops with an opportunity to discover the efficiency of owning a pallet system for quick tooling and job changes.

  

The 1015R comes with two 98 ALB aluminum pallets that have 10" x 15" surface and are .980" thick.  The unit can also hold larger pallets.

The 1015R is ideal for dedicating a variety of tools such as vises, chucks, indexers, and fixtures to a pallet for quick changeover without the need for indicating each tool.

The 1015R comes with a one year manufacturer's warranty.
